I highly recommend processing your passport application here! The NW Portland USPS closed their passport window even though we had an appointment scheduled! I guess someone retired the day before...

Terrible customer service, very rude employees. Did not receive the help I asked for, and was sent to figure it out by myself, AND did not get my package I needed.
