Came in for a relatively simple thing, was told appointments are necessary. No one around, two female tellers talking to each other we're too busy to help. They had another guy that was "busy" too...

1:10 pm with one person at the counter and me second in line.. wait is too long as guy at the counter has extensive issue and only one employee and he is struggling to help him. This is terrible...

This is a good US Bank branch. The tellers are helpful and if the bankers provide good service, are fast and respect your time... Pretty good for a bank in the center of the city.
