History

Unity is owned and operated my Kathy Thorne who teaches a lot of the classes at the space. Kathy has been a dancer for 25 years and has trained and performed all over the US. After many years of dancing she went to school to be a holistic nutritionist and certified in QRA( muscle testing) Kathy knew at a young age there was more to health then what we as a society was doing. All the quick processed foods, fake sugars and not enough balance in our everyday life was not going to end up well. Along this journey(15 years ago) she was introduced to barre and has trained extensively. She decided to create UNITY as a space that was more than a barre studio. A place where yes we can get a great dancers body, but also learn to eat in a more natural way, take care of our body and respect what it does for us daily! Unity is new to Rancho and we are very excited to help the community be the best it can be!

Unity is where it all comes together. We believe movement, nutrition and mindset combined will get you feeling like the best version of you! We have a holistic approach to personalized programs, taking ALL of your circumstances into consideration. Time, budget, preferred type of workout..no two programs are the same. What do I offer? Personal training, Barre, stretch classes and more to get you moving. As a holistic healthcare practitioner, I revamp your diet focusing on CLEAN, real food but in a way that is manageable. I am a certified QRA practitioner which is muscle testing for the body. A non invasive way to find imbalances in the body, food intolerances and the root cause of many ailments! Ever wonder what supplements or oils you should use or how? I got your back. Using the QRA testing we can pinpoint exactly what YOU need so you aren't wasting a bunch of money. As practitioner I use only 3rd party tested products and have for 15 years. I know what works and how. Oils can be So beneficial but overwhelming. I love teaching people one on one or in group settings how to use these amazing products medicinally, in the home and for the bodies systems. I look forward to helping you on your journey!!
