Franz Family Bakeries, formerly known as United States Bakery, was established in 1906 as a family-owned and operated business. It serves individual and corporate clients throughout the Northwest. The company produces a variety of baked goods, including hearth-style grain and French breads and rolls, as well as is recognized for white breads and buns. It also offers seasoned stuffing mixes, deli sourdough, sesame hoagies, and specialty breads, such as bohemian, honey wheat and onion dill rye. Franz Family Bakeries provides packed butter flake rolls, bagels, English muffins, breakfast items, and hamburger and hot dog buns.
