Umpqua Triangle Oysters grown oyster in the Umpqua Triangle using a suspended culture method. The oysters are clean and fresh and never touch the bottom. Our growing method, and the clean ocean water of the Umpqua Triangle produces a superior tasting oyster. We sell directly to the public from our processing building located on the center spit of the Salmon Harbor Marina in Winchester Bay. We also have a huge selection of hot sauces and other condiments to add to your oyster feast. Stop by and pick up some oysters in shell to cook on your grill, or a container of freshly shucked oysters to prepare in your home kitchen.

Went to get some fresh shucked oysters, but the service was so atrocious that we left with any oysters. The counter person refused to shuck fresh serve oysters because she was too tired and "busy"...

So fresh and delish. You cannot ask for better oysters. You know exactly where they came from and then they were brought in. YUMMO!!!
