History

2016 is our first year in business but it's been 25 years in the making. Rick, the owner, was a competitive wind surfer, racing sailor, and skier who spent the better part of two decades in the mountains working as a ski coach and PSIA Ski Instructor. While the time in the mountains was awesome, Rick never gave up on the dreams of his youth to be a part of the water sports industry for the rest of his life. Rick was introduced to SUP through Slingshot Sports, a sponsor of the PSIA. It didn't take long before SUP became a healthy part of his every day. Rick felt what stand up paddling gave him - fitness, fun, diversity, smiles, friends - and he determined to share the life changing benefits with whoever wanted to experience SUP. Two Seven Zero was born in January of 2016 offering SUP rentals, lessons, tours and an SUP Shop. The name refers to a compass heading of due West - which is the exact direction a SUP surfer has to stare on the PNW coast waiting for his or her next wave.

All paddle board sales include free shipping or delivery. We rent top quality paddle boards daily.
