Excellent location right on the sand. Super clean. Dog friendly. Fireplace inside BBQ on porch. Much serenity in this uncrowded section of Rockaway. Kitchen well stocked.

Nice front desk person, simple, dated but clean room with comfortable bed nice towels and a great shower. Excellent views a fireplace and huge flat screen. Would stay here again.
