My buisness started in New York City but after 14 years there i relocated to Portland. I was ready to open my own studio and get back to nature.

Specialties

I offer private and small group training for individuals looking to get healthier and stronger. I've got over 15 yrs of experinace in the fitness industry and love helping others achieve their fitness goals.
