We really enjoyed this little cart for lunch. We were trying to go to another soup cart on a cold day on 28th & when they were closed we opted for this place & we're glad we did! Tom Kha soup hit...

The Pad Kee Mao was on the lower end of the spectrum of the many Thai options in Portland. The bamboo flavor overwhelmed. Conversely, the mango sticky rice was very good.

Pretty average Thai food. Not good but not bad. Not too much else to say. There are so many great Thai places in town so not for us.
