Tideman Johnson Natural Area is a 7.7-acre city park located in southeast Portland, Oregon, along Johnson Creek. Named after a 19th-century family, the park offers paved and unpaved hiking paths, a loop trail, and a boardwalk off the Springwater Corridor.
Known for its diverse bird population, the park is a popular spot for bird-watching, attracting species such as owls, kingfishers, and herons. A restoration project in 2006 improved the habitat for fish in the creek, with workers identifying 22 fish species, including Chinook salmon and steelhead trout.
