Ticor has held over 50k in funds that have been court ordered to be refunded. It's been over 3 years and for the first 2 years Ticor lied and says the had sent the money to the state of Oregon...

We paid for a Title Policy in April of 2016 and still have not received it. Calls to the company go in-returned so our next step will be a call to the Oregon Insurance Department.

Only because no star or 1/2 star was not an option. It has been 5 years and Ticor still has not completed the escrow on a property we sold leaving us liable for taxes and exposing us to liability...
