The one big thing I'd change is their horrible customer service. Waited on a pre-order for eight months. When I notified them, I wanted to cancel the order because I could get the book on Amazon...

Won't let you cancel books, and charges 3 times the amount a local comic shop would charge for a single issue.

What a joke. This place is great until you decide to join their membership program. Sending issues late, shipping wrong issues, or just NOT sending issues has been my experience with this company....
