The Whiteside is an old school movie theater. It opened in 1922, by the Whiteside brothers from Iowa, along with the slightly more vintage Majestic in 1913. It's in the Italianate/Renaissance/Art...

I truly love this old movie theatre. My grandfather managed it in the 80's. Back then it was free candy and popcorn. Not so much now. But it is wonderful to be here. Thank you

Nice throwback theater. Staff was great, as were the prices conpared to other newer theaters.
