Going on a year later I am so happy we have this amazing chef in OC. She stays camped out in The Hive Taphouse but for us locals she is not out-of-reach. Don't be fooled by the lack of linen...

Best cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had hands down. And the lady (I'm awful I forgot her name) is so sweet. 100 % recommend
