We bring the yoga to You! We pride ourselves on offering loads of individualized attention, lots of hands-on assists, and gentle deepeners to enhance your experience. Our classes are accessible to all levels of practice. All of our instructors are highly educated, skilled and accredited to teach first-timers all the way to expert level practitioners.

HistoryI have been in the fitness and wellness industry for 18 years mostly working for others and seeing how the business and the industry works. In 2009, I decided to strike out on my own, working on my business while continuing other jobs. I am now looking at just focusing on Gyre and am very excited. I do a lot of therapeutic massage in conjunction with yoga and pilates privates.
