The Beauty Parlour was established by Devin Hooff in May of 2012. We are a full service, 14 station salon located in the heart of upper Oregon City and recently voted in the top 3 salons of Oregon City by locals residents. We offer refreshments to all our clients and complimentary wine and beer to anyone 21 and over.
