The Atom Bistro & Coffee Bar

The Atom Bistro and Coffee Bar is a small coffee shop and bistro born in a Photography Studio and Gallery. You will feel our appreciation for the arts and good music when you walk in the door. We have an extensive vinyl collection, black and white and color photography, and amazing coffee. Our beans were carefully selected. We use Mellelo Coffee Roasters out of Medford. Our espresso beans are a blend of seven different beans, creating a flavor profile so complex - with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, deep red wine and raisin. It compliments so many flavors that can be added to our coffee for your particular preferences. Because our origins were the arts, we had to learn coffee, and we have. We train extensively on how to prepare and serve our espresso and coffee drinks. One sip, and you'll be hooked. While you enjoy the coffee, browse our unique Glide gift selection!
