New cafe on Hayden Island with limited hours of 9 am to 3 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The drip coffee was lovely and robust. I also got a medium roast to go. The pastry cases look wonderful....

The owner Michael is very kind and super friendly...takes the time to explain the menu. They serve La Rose Patisserie baked goods. DELICIOUS pandan chocolate chip cookies! The dirty matcha latte...
