Talking Water Gardens is a collaborative project between the cities of Albany and Millersburg, along with metals manufacturer ATI, to create an engineered water treatment wetland. This innovative facility mimics natural cleansing processes to safely return treated water back to the Willamette River.

Open to the public seven days a week, Talking Water Gardens offers a serene environment for visitors to enjoy nature while learning about responsible water reclamation and environmental sustainability. The site promotes wildlife habitat, reduces water temperature, and serves as a living laboratory for wetland science education.
