Well, she fixed my phone which was great but she was on her personal phone talking to someone the whole time. Didn't say hi when I walked in or explain what she was doing. It was super weird.

The "retail manager" Jared was extremely unprofessional, arrogant and laughed at me. Would highly recommend not going to this t-mobile.
