My brother and I stopped here in mid-December 2019. We were out running around. He suggested we stop and have lunch. I'd pretty much given up on Subway, but I was hungry. It was also so cold....

Walked in..."Sorry we can't take your order. We have to many online orders" THEN LOCK THE DOOR ! If this is your new business model why even pretend to have a counter service?
