I am not normally one to write complaints, but this location is getting ridiculous. I understand staffing shortages and supply chain issues. But this is a timing and attention to detail complaint....

I went to Subway about 6 pm. 3 people were working and I was the only customer. Their online order site was down so things were slow and they wouldn't honor the buy 1 sub get 1 sub for $1.00....

We just left. Waited 20 minutes to see some poor soul that was helpless and a guy busting his ass. She could not even go get a new bottle when she ran out. 2 sandwiches completed in 20 minutes....
