Strut Salon was established in 2009 by Tamra Stearn, an amazing stylist and educator. In early 2013, Tamra decided to move on and asked her long time co-stylist Melissa to take over the reigns. Melissa Andreotti Onick purchased Strut with hopes of turning it into something Portland has never seen - a multi-cultural salon that offers services for EVERYONE!
