The google map says 3405 cascade avenue but the road was renamed a few years ago to 3405 Wine Country Avenue. Turn off Cascade onto Mt. Adams drive and then it becomes Wine Country Avenue and we're up the hill on the left--follow our signs.

Food, service, ambiance - all great! Music was great too - Moe Dixon and Matt. Our GPS couldn't find the place but after driving past the turnoff we went straight in.
