This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Not to say that the workers aren't polite, but for the times I've gone, there has been absolutely no line, yet I have had to wait up to 20 minutes.

After I ordered my drink I asked for the flat lid for my ice tea, the girl was rude about it. So much for asking politely.
