The staff is always super friendly but, it always feels like they are training people. They are usually pretty fast but their machines break frequently or they are out of supplies.

Every time I approach this place every single employee is on their phone! This store also cannot heat anything up. Otherwise ok service and employees. Very little selection in pastries as well. If...

ATTN BARISTAS: if you are unsure whether the customer asked for hot or iced, ASK them!!! I was standing near the counter the entire time, and could have easily been asked to clarify. Not sure why...

Waited way to long for 2 easy coffees. The employees barely even looked and and not attentive to what's going on around them.

I like this place. Convenient while shopping and they are always friendly. Food is always stocked too.
