I would be expected to be greeted within at least 1 minute. There were 7 people working and no one acknowledged us. When I finally asked if I could place an order someone said she'd get to me soon...

Just stopped in for a coffee and the guy working the shop was incredibly grumpy and rude. Then he proceeded to make my drink with the wrong milk after charging me for soy. I'm not terribly impressed

Love this Starbucks, they are always good about making their drinks and line go fast. One thing I could say should be improved is how loud their speaker box is, especially in the morning!!!! Gosh...
