Dive bar near my house. Food sounds okay but haven't eaten it. They have some outdoor seating which is nice. Not the biggest fan of the vibe or crowd but it's whatever.

If you are a tourist that just checked into their hotel, it's 1am and you are hungry. Then come straight to starbar and get you this. Just make sure you ask for extra green sauce or whatever that...

On election night, I was ignored at the bar for 10 min, then my food that I got to go was missing fries, when I was charged for fries. I've been to star bar many times and this is my last time....
