Stanislav Alekseenko

行万里路， 胜读万卷书 - this Chinese proverb describes me best. I was born and raised in a city on the White Sea coast of Russia. I grew up cooking all sorts of food such as borscht, herring under a fur coat, and olivier salads with my mom. I would spend summers in the Ural Mountains region with my grandmother making dumplings and baking shangi. Cooking is a huge part of my identity.
