This is a very good library. The wifi is unsecured, which is good and bad. Good, since if you don't live in St Helens you have to pay $25 for a card to use their computers for more than an hour...

This is the noisiest library I've ever been in my life. You constantly hear kids screaming or "adults" talking as loudly as they possibly can. I thought libraries were supposed to be quiet spaces...
