Spectrum needs to go. Based on the reviews, it's time to look for another cable company. Try Infinity Verizon direct tv,etc. Drop spectrum and find somewhere else. You will probably get better service

Internet constantly goes out. Everyone's routers show up as spectrum in the neighborhood and the have service while we do not.
