Spent a couple of days at over 2 hours of waiting time to try to get an appointment, never got through to the local office. Finally the 3rd day I got a helpful person at the national call center....

What should have taken 1 visit took 3! The communication with what was needed was not clear. I was given a form in another language that I was to fill out. It was difficult to book an appointment....
