Cozy/small coffee shop. Iced mocha was okay, but the breakfast sandwich on a house-made bagel was delicious. Note: dogs are not allowed to sit inside, outdoor seating was available.

The biscuits and gravy was phenomenal! Vegan house made gravy with a cheddar biscuit. Hot latte was delicious and you can ask for it to be served in a mug. The pastries are good with great prices....
