SpecialtiesI specialize in Functional Training that will get you very fit, very fast. This improves core strength, balance, hand eye coordination and lean muscle mass. I love being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and feel it is critical that you maintain a positive attitude towards whatever you are doing . Being consistent and maintaining balance is very important. Twenty five years ago I suffered a skull fracture and a broken back. I was referred to The Northern California Institute of Health and Rehabilitation. They helped me so much I got certified as a trainer and ended up working as a Program Director at the Institute.
