Terrible experience. They went bankrupt & I'm left still paying for services terminated!

I had the most wonderful interaction with Jack at my appointment :) they were so friendly and outlined everything to expect with treatment.

They are now bankrupt and I am still waiting for refund for the liners I never got. Their phone customer service was terrible and they had approved refund but it failed to process 3 times .

Never had such an incredible experience. Thank you @smiledirectclub for your Portland crew and their amazing service. They've 'brightened' my day, and are helping me 'align' my life a little...
