Smaaken is Dutch for Tasty! Our rustic, dutch style waffles are made with organic heirloom varietal wheat grown locally in the Willamette Valley. It takes 24 hours for our yeasted and barley malted batter to develop it's exquisite flavor. Thin and crispy, these healthy waffles are the perfect vessel for our locally sourced and house-made fillings. All sandwiches are made with round, 7 in. folded waffles. Gluten Free/Vegan Waffles Available
