Why is this the only Shell in 3 states I've been in, in a month to charge 25 cents?? Even after my patronage in purchasing gas? Hand-written note? Is the manager and owner on board with this?

Traveling on a 4 day road trip and stopped here for gas. The gas station was great, easy in and plenty of spots. The convenience store was terrible. The restrooms were dirty and needed repairs....

Stopped here on our way from Seattle to Medford for daughter to use the restroom. The attendant was very pleasant and even sanitized the key to the bathroom!
