Richard Duncan, President, is a long-time member of AIC, American Institute of Constructors. He began his career in 1989, going to school for building construction. He is an active corporate citizen, serving as a board member to City of Keizer's Urban Renewal Board, the Keizer Chamber Government affairs. He serves as Chemeketa Community College Foundation current president, and on the board for Liberty House, a non-profit child abuse assessment center in Salem.
