If you expect your personal property to be safe in your rental, you can't rent here. The landlord even gave away my neighbors blueberry plant, and nobody has the right to do that . Great place.

I have lived here over a year n seen many changes. The park is under new management. They have been beautifying the park. I enjoy living here. It is a gem nestled next to the Willamette river....
