Rebecca Lee, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Providence Medical Group-Glisan. She enjoys building long-term patient relationships and having the opportunity to make a positive impact on her patients’ health and well-being. “I’m here as a trusted partner, offering guidance, support and expertise to help patients achieve their health goals,” she says. Taking a patient-centered approach, she ensures that each individual’s unique needs and circumstances are addressed with compassion and evidence-based care. Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her master’s degree in nursing at Maryville University in Missouri. She speaks English, Spanish and Korean.

As part of his non-judgmental approach to encouraging positive health changes, says Dr. Yates, “I provide resources for those who are ready to make changes, and information and motivation for those who aren’t.” No matter what health concern brings you in, he adds, “I hope you feel welcomed, comfortable and heard.” A graduate of Linfield College, Dr. Yates attended medical school at Oregon Health & Science University. He completed his internship and residency at Providence Milwaukie Family Medicine, and is board certified in family medicine.

Fiorella Saavedra, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Providence Medical Group-Glisan. Her approach to care is holistic and patient centered. “I emphasize open communication, active listening, collaborative decision-making and respect for individual values,” she says. By advocating for patients and educating them about their health, she hopes to help them become stronger advocates for themselves. Born in Lima, Peru, Fiorella is bilingual and lived most of her life in Texas before moving to Oregon in 2018. She holds degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Texas Medical Branch. “I value the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and to have a positive impact on the well-being of families,” she says.
