I had made an appointment for my 2 dogs. I had to cancel and they charged me $52 per pet for cancelation. $104 for doing nothing. I've been going there for years. They just lost a customer.

I believe Santa Clara hospital is all about the money took my dog in there for vomiting they charged me $500 did not resolve the issue I called back the next day they wanted to charge me another...
