Our staff has many years of experience in the clinic setting. We have been in our individual roles for most of our lives and offer our experience to each and every one of our customers. If you need primary care or treatment of an acute illness or injury, please give our schedulers a call. We are accepting new patients at our Gateway site.

Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including: - Family medicine for kids and adults - Immunizations for kids and adults - Sports physicals - Pharmacy mail-delivery prescription services We take most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, Medicaid, and Medicare. Many of our staff are bilingual, if you need translation for a language (including sign language) our staff does not speak, we will arrange translation for you for no charge.
