I don't know what the problem is but ever since Covid, this bank has been a nightmare. No exaggeration, every time I go to the bank, there's customers waiting literally to the door. If you can get...

They would not allow withdrawing $100 from CA credit union. Only provided service to their members. Never had this problem before. They recommended going to Brookings to get cash. Bummer.
