Ever since they're recent merge, they have gone wayyy down in my opinion and experience. I'm VERY unhappy with their customer service and have only kept the account until I can find a better bank....

Easy to connect with them... very nice staff... responsive to questions... good location and great ATM

Their overdraft fee system is bs, closed my account . Got tired of constantly having to call and get them cleared on autopay transactions.
