Riff Taproom

Our taproom in Bend, Oregon is a unique take on a pub, restaurant, cocktail bar and brewery. With breakfast, lunch, dinner and craft beverage menus that revolve around redefining expectations and what you know about coffee. (HOT Nitro Coffee anyone?) This ain't your every corner coffeehouse or café, in fact it's not even close. To put it simply, we brew our coffee with cold water instead of hot—which takes its sweet time brewing its own sweet thing, creating a smoother and less acidic beverage. What we don’t do is brew hot and then serve cold *eh hem* iced coffee. Our approach to brewing coffee cold allows for more of coffee’s natural flavors and aromatics to come forward and provide for some fun food and cocktail pairing opportunities.
