Rhodes Supply

History

Rhodes Supply has been in business since the middle of the1900's, as a general store, and - for a time - a hardware store. When the store was first built, a person could buy almost anything here, including chicken feed, nails, rope and bread! While the farm supply business is not needed these days, a person can find a selection of most beverages and snack foods they might need as they travel Eastern Oregon. The current owners have managed the store since 1988.

Specialties

We are a general store. We have basic groceries, pop, candy, beer and sundries. We are famous for our hand-scooped hard ice cream, featuring Oregon brands: Umpqua, Cascade Glacier and Tillamook ice creams. We usually have 16 flavors from which to select a generous scoop - either on a plain cone, a waffle cone, or in a bowl. We also house an Oregon State Liquor Store. When we are open, the liquor store is open, too. We are too small to stock every brand and flavor of hard alcohol, but have a good selection. You can purchase hunting licenses and big game tags at Rhodes Supply. We are an official Oregon Fish and Game Commission license sales outlet. Come check out our small town - and our general store!
