Scott C. In August of 2002 Scott received the designation of Advanced Strategist Planner by the Esperti Peterson Institute, the acknowledged Global Center for Wealth Strategies Planning and Advanced Estate Planning. Scott is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Esperti Peterson Institute, the Financial Planning Association, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, Oregon State Bar, and is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Oregon.
