The nice owner helped me get a room for my kiddo!! Even though I was all the way in San Diego and they had gone to a concert in Bend. I didn't want them to drive the 3 hours home to Portland....

Horrible front desk from a man in his 50's! Super Rude. Hostile. Gross. Uneducated! And with nothing but sarcasm thinking he's above you. Unnecessary comments. Do not go to this hotel....
