Wonderful, all around! I highly recommend the Arroz Atollado -- very flavorful! My friend got the Avocado Salad, which doesn't sound particularly extraordinary, but was surprisingly excellent.

Delicious! Best plantains in Portland. This restaurant has great food and lots of options for all diets. I was able to find fantastic vegetarian options, and the meat eaters in my party also...
