Two stars for the space- it's fine. Basically a wooden box inside a warehouse. It's loud, and hot... not sound-proofed, but if you're plugged in or playing drums it's fine because you'll drown out...

Was at Nw Portland on Nicolai and moved to Killingsworth. No sound proofing more expensive than most other rehearsal places. Save your money find another place. Moving at end of month can't wait!!!

I share a space with a few others at the location on Powell. This is the only rehearsal space I have ever rented so don't have much to compare it to but I have not been very happy with Puddletown....

I have rented at most of the available rehearsal studios near the downtown core, and been in and seen the ones that aren't close as well. Puddletown is my tops, and I currently rent a room there...
